Terms & Conditions

Order Initiation: The website creation process will begin once the scope of the project, technical requirements and final price have been agreed with the client. A minimum down payment of 20% of the total agreed price will be required before work begins.

Down payment and project delivery: The down payment must be made before work on the project begins. Once the initial payment has been received, we will proceed with the creation of the website according to the agreed scope and requirements. The project will be delivered to the client for review and approval once the work is completed. Payment of the remaining balance of the total agreed price is due prior to final delivery of the project.

Responsibility for the use of the website: The company is not responsible for the use of the website by the client or any third party once it has been delivered and approved by the client. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that the content and use of the website complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright, trademark, privacy, security and any other legal requirements.

Changes and Revisions: Revisions and changes to the project will be permitted in accordance with the agreed scope. However, any additional changes or revisions outside the original agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

Ownership and License Rights: Once the project has been completed and delivered and the agreed full payment has been received, the client will be entitled to ownership of the website created. However, the company will retain copyright and intellectual property rights to any source code, design, graphics or other elements created for the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website created for commercial or personal purposes.

Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of cancellation of the project by the client prior to final delivery, cancellation and refund policies established by the company will apply, which may include withholding the initial payment and/or charges for work performed up to the date of cancellation.

Confidentiality: The company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the client, including personal data, project details and any other confidential information related to the project.

Limitation of Liability: The company is not responsible for any loss, damage or liability that may arise from the use or misuse of the website created, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, damage to reputation, loss of data, business interruption or other indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.
